Hank Baskett Holds Inaugural Golf Classic

NFL wide receiver Hank Baskett hosted his inaugural Hank Baskett Golf Classic Tournament on May 21st, teaming up with The Bonnie J. Addario Lung Cancer Foundation, a global leader in lung cancer research and awareness. Lommen Abdo was a sponsor of the event and Lee Hutton served as Chairman.
The event was held at Trump National Golf Club, Rancho Palos Verdes, California. Baskett created the tournament on behalf of his father, Hank Baskett, Jr., who is being treated for lung cancer. “The Hank Baskett Senior Spirit Award” was presented to Hank Baskett, Jr., for his encouragement and bravery as he battles lung cancer.
Hank was pleased to see an A-team of about 25 celebrities play in the tournament. Bonnie Addario said "It was amazing to see all these beautiful people coming out to fight against lung cancer and how they brought such a heightened awareness, respect and caring in a powerful way."
