Steve Rathke worked closely with the ILN (International Lawyers Network) in developing the publication of the first ILN Medical Device Specialty Group Roundtable, "How to Lose a Lawsuit by Not Keeping Track of Your E-mails and Documents: Spoliation, Electronic Discovery, and the Avoidance of Sanctions."
