John Giblin Recertified as Real Property Specialist

John Giblin, attorney at Lommen, Abdo, Cole, King & Stageberg, P.A., has been recertified as an MSBA Board Certified Real Property Specialist by the Minnesota State Bar Association. An attorney designated a "Board Certified Real Property Specialist" has earned an additional professional credential beyond his or her law school degree by completing a rigorous approval process, including an examination in the speciality area. Of the 1,898 members of the MSBA Real Property Section, fewer than 19% are certified as Real Property Law Specialists. Every six years the Certified Specialist must reapply and be recertified.
