Dougherty Rejoins Lommen Abdo’s Corporate Practice As “Outside” General Counsel

Tom Dougherty has rejoined Lommen, Abdo, Cole, King & Stageberg’s Minneapolis office to focus his practice on the legal needs of closely held businesses and entrepreneurs. Dougherty returned to Lommen Abdo from the private business sector where he served as in-house general counsel for a closely held company with sales throughout North America. Dougherty brings this private business expertise to Lommen Abdo, serving now as the “outside” general counsel for business clients who do not employ their own in-house general counsel or who may need additional outside resources.
