Minnesota Viking E.J. Henderson to Make Local Appearance to Benefit Special Olympics

10/21/2009

Brett Favre came from Wisconsin to help Minnesota, now Minnesota is sending someone to Wisconsin to help Special Olympics.

On October 27, Minnesota Vikings Linebacker and Lommen Abdo client E.J. Henderson will make a two-hour appearance at the Family Fresh Market in Hudson to meet fans and sign autographs. Family Fresh Market is donating $1 per autograph to Special Olympics.

This family-oriented event, co-sponsored by Kemps, will be packed with fun and goodies, featuring everything from hot dogs and popcorn to face painting for the kids.

“We are excited to bring E.J. Henderson to meet his fans here in Wisconsin, and wish to thank him for taking time from his schedule,” says Michael Mills, Vice President, Corporate Retail, which owns the Family Fresh Markets both in Hudson and New Richmond. “Family Fresh takes its responsibility to the health and welfare of the families within our communities very seriously. This event gives us an opportunity to support a wonderful charity and to provide a wholesome activity for families with young children. We invite our friends and neighbors to visit us!”
