The Class Action Litigation Section is chaired by Phil Cole, a certified civil trial specialist. He is certified on both the state and national level, obtaining certification in Civil Trial Advocacy from the National Board of Trial Advocacy and the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys.

This was one of the largest and most successful consumer protection class action lawsuits in Minnesota history. Beyond Minnesota, the firm has a national class action practice in areas such as vitamin additives, vaccine litigation and other similar issues.
