Lommen Abdo's Class Action Litigation Section
The Class Action Litigation Section is chaired by Phil Cole, a certified civil trial specialist. He is certified on both the state and national level, obtaining certification in Civil Trial Advocacy from the National Board of Trial Advocacy and the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys.
Lommen Abdo’s class action litigation experience has covered a diverse array of issues, including:
bar owners anti-trust actions

The firm devotes substantial resources to the prosecution of class actions, such as Fogie v. Rent-A-Center, a case which resulted in a judgment of over $32 million dollars, payable to 23,000 individuals in Minnesota.
