Lommen Abdo’s Professional Liability Section provides representation for claims involving attorneys, accountants, medical providers, hospitals, insurance agents, and other professionals in both Minnesota and western Wisconsin. Such claims include:

- directors and officers liability,

This Section has extensive experience in handling complex cases. Phil Cole is a civil trial specialist certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Mr. Cole is also certified in both legal and medical malpractice by the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys. Tom Jacobson is certified as a civil trial specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Phil Cole, Bob King, Keith Broady, Steve Rathke, Tom Jacobson and Barry O'Neil have been on the Super Lawyers® list by Minnesota Super Lawyers. Kay Nord Hunt, the chair of our Appellate and Insurance Coverage Section, also lends her expertise on these matters. Ms. Hunt is a member of the American Academy of Appellate Lawyers and has also been listed as a Super Lawyer.
