Mr. Malmon has almost 40 years of experience in business matters, and has represented several New York Stock Exchange companies. He has been involved in more than 40 public stock offerings representing both issuers and underwriters, and has acted for clients in many mergers, acquisitions and sales of businesses. He has always been a business problem solver, and believes that the role of the business lawyer is not to tell his client "if he can" but to show his client "how he can."
