Brett Clark is a litigation associate at Lommen Abdo, representing clients in commercial litigation and professional liability. Much of his practice involves the defense of accounting firms and attorneys, in Minnesota and elsewhere. Mr. Clark has first and second chaired cases involving legal malpractice, construction claims, probate matters and real estate disputes. He has substantial experience in commercial litigation cases in which he has overseen the processing, review and analysis of hundreds of thousands of documents. He has also handled appeals involving a wide array of matters. Mr. Clark writes articles and delivers CLEs on professional practice issues for lawyers, including attorney discipline, social media, attorney-client privilege, electronic discovery and trial issues for new lawyers. Brett is a contributing author on the Minnesota Lawyer blog JDs Rising.
