Diane Odeen is a shareholder at Lommen, Abdo, Cole, King & Stageberg, P.A. She has experience in numerous areas of employment litigation, including discrimination actions, whistleblower claims, violations of the Family Medical Leave Act, wage and hour disputes, and contract and commissions matters. She has also litigated minority shareholder disputes, personal injury matters, and legal and medical malpractice claims. Ms. Odeen has successfully briefed and argued numerous appellate matters before state and federal courts. She has lectured on topics such as sexual harassment, internal investigation of executives and affirmative action issues. Following law school, she clerked for Minnesota Supreme Court Justice Edward C. Stringer. Ms. Odeen has been listed as a “Rising Star” by Minnesota Law & Politics and is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
