Ehrich Koch manages the firm’s Municipal Law and General Litigation section. Mr. Koch’s civil litigation practice includes sexual and racial discrimination/harassment, employment issues, personal injury, school liability disputes and environmental matters. He has also had experience in technology-related litigation and represents closely held corporations involved in manufacturing, hazardous waste handling, electrical engineering, real estate, patent prosecution, patent infringement and trade secret litigation. Mr. Koch is a frequent lecturer on municipal law and employment issues. He is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
