Mr. Giblin engages in a broad commercial practice. His primary focus is in the areas of real estate, estate planning, probate and commercial transactions. He has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial real estate practice, including new construction, financing, and leasing. He is certified by the Minnesota State Bar Association as a Real Property Law Specialist. Mr. Giblin has also participated in numerous seminars and presentations to various groups concerning revocable living trusts, probate, wills and related estate planning topics.
