Ms. Westad practices in the area of civil litigation, with an emphasis on personal injury matters. Ms. Westad’s case work involves personal injury litigation, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice and products liability. Because of her passion for preventing injuries, she has launched the public service campaign, Focus on the Road, which can be found on www.WomenInjuryLawyers.com. The campaign draws attention to distraction driving and reminds us all to Focus on the Road! One of her personal injury cases was included in Lawsuits of the Year for 2008.
Ms. Westad is also a strong supporter and advocate for women and has a particular interest in assisting injured women in all areas of personal injury litigation. She has also successfully represented women in family law disputes. Ms. Westad is listed as a 2009 and 2010 Rising Star by Minnesota Law & Politics and as an “Up and Coming Attorney” in 2009 by Minnesota Lawyer.
