Ms. Westad practices in the area of civil litigation, with an emphasis on personal injury matters. Ms. Westad’s case work involves personal injury litigation, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice and products liability. Because of her passion for preventing injuries, she has launched the public service campaign, Focus on the Road®, which can be found on www.WomenInjuryLawyers.com. The campaign draws attention to distraction driving and reminds us all to Focus on the Road®! Ms. Westad has also written a series of articles titled, “Auto Insurance: Are You Covered?”

Ms. Westad is also a strong supporter and advocate for women and has a particular interest in assisting injured women in all areas of personal injury litigation. She has also successfully represented women in family law disputes. Ms. Westad has repeatedly been listed as a Rising Star by Minnesota Super Lawyers® and was also included as an “Up and Coming Attorney” by Minnesota Lawyer. One of her personal injury cases was included in Lawsuits of the Year for 2008.
