Keith Broady has over 25 years experience representing individuals and businesses in transactional matters, civil litigation and alternative dispute resolution, including:
- Litigation Practice: Cases involving contract and agency claims, guarantees, corporate alter ego and successor liability, business and shareholder disputes, real estate and construction disputes, professional liability, creditors’ remedies and fraudulent transfers, environmental claims, mold claims, insurance coverage, burglary and fire losses, and probate disputes.
- Transaction Practice: The purchase, sale, leasing, financing and development of real estate, resolving title and environmental issues; mergers and acquisitions of businesses; incorporation and business formation; contracts; employment and non-competition agreements; lending and business credit; and estate planning, wills and probate.
