Lee Hutton practices in a variety of litigation areas including construction law, professional and pharmaceutical malpractice, products liability, no-fault and motor vehicle law, premises liability, employment-related matters, sports/entertainment, and advertising law.
Mr. Hutton also represents athletes in player and entertainment contract negotiations, as well as organizing instructional camps for his sports clientele. In addition, he currently serves as a member of several community boards in the Twin Cities area.
He is a 2002 graduate of William Mitchell College of Law, and is admitted to practice in Minnesota state and federal courts. He has been selected as a “Rising Star” in 2008 in a survey conducted by Minnesota Law & Politics and an “Up and Coming Attorney” in 2008 by Minnesota Lawyer.
While in law school, he earned a CALI award for Work of the Lawyer, and served as President of the Black Student Lawyers Association. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. While attending the University of Minnesota, Lee worked for Colle & McVoy, a local marketing communications firm, in their account, media and public relations departments.
He attended the University of Minnesota on a sports scholarship where he lettered for the Golden Gophers in football and track & field, and he is currently coaching hurdles at Armstrong High School in Plymouth.
