Leonard Juster grew up in the Minneapolis area attending North High School and the University of Minnesota for both pre-law and law school. Many of his clients are childhood friends whose interests he has represented for over 50 years. His practice grew based on their recommendations in successfully handling their corporate and real estate matters, their family succession issues and estate planning. He has considerable experience in handling tax appeals to the Minnesota Tax Court and in representing clients in real estate condemnation matters. He is noted for his negotiation skills (not litigation), and has helped many families in working out complicated inter-family relationships, and his corporate clients in acquiring companies or in successfully selling their businesses. He is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell. |
