Mr. Dolejsi is a litigation associate at Lommen Abdo. He has second-chaired jury trials and handled witness examination, as well as the briefing and arguing of motions. In 2010, Mr. Dolejsi second-chaired a jury trial involving a real estate dispute that resulted in a favorable verdict for Lommen Abdo's client in excess of $700,000. He has also second-chaired a medical malpractice jury trial, and handled a variety of motions with favorable results.
Mr. Dolejsi represents clients in a variety of areas, including business disputes, medical malpractice, construction law, and both legal and accounting malpractice defense. Mr. Dolejsi also practices in the areas of sports law, real estate law, premises liability, personal injury and products liability.
