Phil Cole is the President of Lommen, Abdo, Cole, King & Stageberg, P.A. He has extensive litigation experience in handling personal injury cases, commercial disputes, business torts, medical malpractice claims, and the defense of all types of claims brought against lawyers.
Mr. Cole is a frequent lecturer and is a published author in the areas of trial strategies and professional liability subjects. Mr. Cole is certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy in Civil Trial Advocacy.
He is a member of the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys and is certified as a specialist in the litigation of both medical and legal professional liability claims.
