Tom Jacobson has managed the Wisconsin office of Lommen Abdo since 1981. Mr. Jacobson has extensive litigation experience, having conducted numerous trials in state and administrative courts. He has been certified as a civil trial specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He was also selected as a "Leading American Attorney" and was included on the 2011 Minnesota Super Lawyers® list.
Tom Jacobson's practice focuses on both tort and commercial litigation. He has extensive experience in handling automobile accident, medical malpractice, legal malpractice, environmental, and products liability cases. Tom Jacobson also frequently represents businesses, shareholders or partners in disputes with one another involving claims of misrepresentation, breach of fiduciary duty or breach of contract, or which seek a dissolution of a corporation or partnership. Tom Jacobson's practice includes litigating insurance coverage disputes and municipal development issues. Mr. Jacobson is admitted in both Wisconsin and Minnesota and has tried numerous cases to juries venued in western Wisconsin and in the Twin Cities metropolitan area.
