Connie Herbst has broad civil litigation experience in both defense and plaintiff related matters. She has extensive in-depth experience defending against workers' compensation, personal injury, premises liability, harassment and discrimination claims in both the public and private sectors.
She also has many years of experience assisting in prosecuting plaintiff claims involving wrongful death, personal injury, contract and complex multi-party product liability, both in local and foreign venues. Connie has assisted in the preparation and case management of numerous sport and farm equipment products liability cases resulting in verdicts in excess of a million dollars.
