Marc Lloyd has broad experience in general civil litigation; both from the perspective of defense-related matters as well as prosecuting plaintiff claims. In addition to complex litigation matters, Mr. Lloyd has extensive experience in the areas of municipal and school district litigation; sexual harassment; personal injury; wrongful death; age, race and gender discrimination lawsuits; and anti-trust litigation.
In his almost 20 years of practice as a litigation paralegal, Mr. Lloyd has gained considerable experience in case management, claims investigation, expert witness development and trial facilitation. He also is skilled in utilizing electronic case management systems, including LAW and Summation. Mr. Lloyd also has practice experience in the areas of liquor liability, professional liability, intellectual property and employment law matters. Mr. Lloyd's previous profession of 11 years was as a Registered Public Health Sanitarian, authorized in both institutional and environmental hygiene. |
