Patrick Persons brings 23 years of paralegal and investigative experience to Lommen Abdo. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Persons was the President of Litigation Support Group, Inc. LSG provided investigative and paralegal services to personal injury attorneys throughout Minnesota.
Mr. Persons is a Minnesota Licensed Private Investigator. Mr. Persons has undertaken and managed hundreds of hours of investigation. His work is focused in the areas of medical malpractice, product liability and industrial accidents, and numerous other personal injury areas, including car accidents and railroad accidents. Mr. Persons has state and federal court trial preparation experience, having assisted in numerous trials which resulted in verdicts in excess of a million dollars. His trial background includes extensive use of electronic case management systems including Summation, and Trial Director. In addition to experience in personal injury, legal malpractice and medical negligence, Mr. Persons has significant complex litigation experience, including asbestos litigation, litigation concerning building and construction disasters and real estate.
