The Business Law Department of Lommen, Abdo, Cole, King & Stageberg, P.A. is comprised of Roger Stageberg, Bob Abdo, Glenn Kessel, Keith Broady, Ken Abdo, Dan Satorius, John Giblin, Sherri Ulland, Scott Nelson, Brent Johnson, Tim Matson, Jennifer O'Neill, Paul Bezilla and Bryan Feldhaus. Much of Lommen Abdo’s business operations practice consists of transactional work on mergers and acquisitions, buy-outs and the purchase and sale of business interests.
