Lommen Abdo's General Litigation Section provides representation for
claims involving:

Litigation services are offered in both Minnesota and Wisconsin.
This Section represents businesses, school districts, municipalities,
corporations, non-profit organizations and individuals. It has
handled numerous immunity issues, as well as matters involving ERISA and
constitutional agruments.
The attorneys in our General Litigation Section have extensive
mediation, arbitration and litigation experience. This section is
comprised of Keith Broady, Thomas Jacobson, Reid Lindquist, Ehrich Koch, James
Johnson, Barry O’Neil, Sheila Bjorklund, Valerie Sims and Brett Clark.
Thomas Jacobson and Reid Lindquist have been selected by their peers as
Leading American Attorneys in the area of litigation. Both are also certified civil
trial specialists. Barry O’Neil, Sheila Bjorklund and Valerie Sims have
been selected by their peers as “Rising Stars” in the area of
litigation. Kay Nord Hunt also lends her expertise on
coverage matters to this team. Ms. Hunt is a member of the American
Academy of Appellate Lawyers and has also been selected as a “Super
