Keith Broady has been re-elected to a two-year term as President of the Lommen Abdo Law Firm, a trial, business and entertainment law firm with offices in Minneapolis; Hudson, Wisconsin; and New York City. Bob Abdo, Bryan Feldhaus, Brent Johnson and Barry O’Neil were each elected to a two-year term on the firm’s Board of Directors. Marc Johannsen, Tim Matson and Jeff O’Brien continue their two-year terms on the Board.

Keith Broady is serving his second term as president of Lommen Abdo. He represents clients in both litigation and transactional matters. His commercial litigation practice focuses on real estate, professional liability and legal malpractice defense, shareholder disputes, trade secret claims, corporate alter ego and successor liability, fraudulent transfers, probate and trust disputes, environmental claims, insurance coverage and claims. His commercial transactions practice involves the purchase, sale, leasing, financing and development of real estate, resolving title and environmental issues; mergers and acquisitions of businesses; incorporation and business formation; contracts; employment and non-competition agreements; lending and business credit. Keith has repeatedly been named to the Minnesota Super Lawyers list and is rated AV® Preeminent™ by Martindale-Hubbell. Keith attended the University of Minnesota and the University of Minnesota School of Law.

Bob Abdo is serving his second term as a Lommen Abdo board member. Bob acts as general outside counsel to a wide variety of businesses. He represents start-up, emerging and growing private and publicly held businesses. He provides legal, transactional, estate and family planning, business strategy and long-term planning, counseling and advice to varied businesses, organizations and individuals. His practice consists of securities, real estate, estate planning and business and corporate law matters, including entity formation and related agreements, private and public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, employment, deferred compensation plans, Collateral and Endorsement Split Dollar Insurance Agreements, 457(f) Plans, contracts, venture and other financing. Bob is rated AV® Preeminent™ by Martindale-Hubbell and has been included on the Minnesota Super Lawyer lists in the categories of Small & Privately Held Business Law, General Business and Business/Corporate. He is also recognized in The Best Lawyers in America. He was a six-term mayor of the City of Minnetonka Beach, President of the Minneapolis Athletic Club and President of Lafayette Club. Bryan Feldhaus is serving his second term on Lommen Abdo’s board and he also serves on the firm’s compensation committee. Bryan enjoys providing clients with counsel to protect and enforce their interests in business litigation, shareholder/partnership litigation, insurance coverage disputes, professional negligence matters and intellectual property litigation. He also works on appellate matters in the Minnesota Court of Appeals, Minnesota Supreme Court and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. A growing area of his practice is as compliance counsel. Bryan recently obtained an LL.M. degree in Corporate Compliance and Organizational Ethics from the University of St. Thomas School of Law, which degree focused on the intersection of corporate law, business and organizational ethics. Bryan has been recognized as an Up & Coming Attorney by Minnesota Lawyer and perennially as a Rising Star by Minnesota Super Lawyers. Bryan attended the University of St. Thomas and the University of St. Thomas School of Law.

Brent Johnson is serving his second term on Lommen Abdo’s board of directors and he also serves on its finance committee. He is passionate about helping businesses and individuals achieve success and solve problems. Brent – who lives in Hudson, Wisconsin, and works out of our Hudson office – has practiced in the St. Croix River Valley and beyond for the past 20 years. Brent assists clients with day-to-day operations and transactions. He also enjoys helping entrepreneurs start up and organize their businesses, preparing partnership and shareholder agreements and resolving shareholder and business disputes. His clients include orthodontic, dental and chiropractic practices, insurance agencies, product manufacturers, technology companies, restaurants, building contractors and individuals with a vision. Brent also has a vibrant commercial and residential real estate practice, assisting with real estate sales, purchases and leases. He enjoys working with individuals, developers and real estate agents related to purchases, sales, title problems, land subdivisions and governmental approvals. He represents real estate brokerages, agents and homeowners’ associations. Brent was included in the Wisconsin Leaders in the Law in 2010 and served on the board of the Kinnickinnic River Land Trust. He is also a member of the Hudson Daybreak Rotary. Brent attended the University of Minnesota and William Mitchell College of Law.

Barry O’Neil is certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the Minnesota State Bar Association. He represents professionals in malpractice claims with an emphasis in legal malpractice. Barry’s practice also involves the resolution of complex commercial disputes, employment-related issues and insurance claims. He is an experienced commercial litigator in areas such as contract, shareholder, partnership and business competition disputes; both in trial and arbitration settings. Barry is the practice group manager of Lommen Abdo’s Litigation Practice Group. He has repeatedly been selected for inclusion in Minnesota Super Lawyers and is rated AV® Preeminent™ by Martindale-Hubbell. Barry attended Gustavus Adolphus College and William Mitchell College of Law.
