A recent decision from the District of Minnesota reaffirmed that under Minnesota law third-party liability insurance coverage follows the vehicle, not the person. Lommen Abdo attorneys Lauren Nuffort and Michelle Kuhl represented the plaintiff in the case. The case was covered in the Minnesota State Bar Association’s Fastcase email.
